About Sage Sea
Sage Sea DBT is a small practice of experienced, dedicated, and compassionate therapists. We are all master’s level, licensed mental health providers with extensive training in DBT as well as other modalities. We treat clients suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar, personality disorders such as borderline, addiction, grief and loss, and trauma, among other issues.
Our practice provides care via telehealth (online) to make appointments as convenient as possible. No having to worry about travel. Save money on gas and meet with us in the comfort of your own home or just about anywhere that you can speak privately.
We are currently licensed to see clients in the states of New Jersey and Florida with plans to expand (so, other states, stay tuned).
Our Staff

Natalie Kraft MA, LPC, LCADC, ACS
Natalie Kraft has been working in the mental health field since 2010. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and holistic health and wellness, and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is also trained in yoga and meditation (teaching since 2008), addictions counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies including intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Natalie’s approach to counseling is person-centered, strengths-based, and holistic in philosophy. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults.

Chistina Cummins MS, LPC
Christina earned her master’s degree from Monmouth University. Her areas of expertise include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Neurofeedback, and Executive Coaching. She has been successfully running social service, counseling, and coaching programs for the last decade. Christina works with teens and adults dealing with issues including mood disorders, anxiety, grief, and learning disabilities among other issues. Her mission is to support her clients in finding their passion and success in life.

Renee Stemmer MSW, LCSW
Renee Stemmer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Foundationally Trained DBT therapist. Renee earned an MS degree in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University in New York. She was Foundationally Trained in DBT through Behavioral Tech. She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Renee believes a healthy lifestyle is key to balancing physical and mental health.

LaTasha Reaves Administrator
LaTasha brings a sense of pride and drive for structure and consistency to her work. Her interest in healthcare was initiated when she took a direct care role and found a passion for empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives through community-based services. Due to her excellent organizational skills, eye for details, and the ability to work well with people, she quickly moved from entry-level residential aid to a case manager and now executive administrator.
